Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the GMaps-Extractor affiliate program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms. GMaps-Extractor ("we", "us", "our") may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows you to refer new customers to GMaps-Extractor (our Google Maps lead generation and data extraction services). When a referred customer signs up and remains a paying customer, you may earn commission as described in the Program materials and any separate agreement we provide upon approval.

2. Account and Eligibility

To participate you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide your legal full name and a valid email address.
  • Be responsible for keeping your account and referral links secure.
  • Unless we authorize otherwise, maintain only one affiliate account per legal entity or individual.

We may approve or reject applications at our discretion and may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these terms or for any other reason.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use affiliate or referral links in paid advertising (e.g. search ads, Facebook/Instagram ads) without our prior written approval.
  • Bid on our brand names or variations (e.g. "GMaps-Extractor", "GMaps Extractor") in paid search or similar advertising without our prior written approval.
  • Use typosquatting, redirects from misspelled domains, or doorway pages designed primarily to capture referral traffic.
  • Purchase subscriptions or use discounts for yourself or related entities primarily to earn referral commission.
  • Use the Program for any illegal purpose or in any way that harms our brand or reputation.

Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination from the Program.

4. Commission and Payments

Commission structure, payment thresholds, and payment methods will be communicated upon approval. We reserve the right to change commission rates or payment terms on a going-forward basis with notice. You are responsible for any taxes due on commissions in your jurisdiction.

5. Your Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content and activity under your affiliate account. You must represent GMaps-Extractor fairly and not make false or misleading claims about our products or the Program. You may not use our trademarks except as permitted in Program materials we provide.

6. Referral Attribution

Referrals are attributed according to our tracking and cookie (or similar) rules as described in Program materials. We are not liable for attribution failures due to technical issues, user settings, or ad blockers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time. You may stop participating at any time. Termination does not entitle you to unpaid commissions that we determine were earned in violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the amount of commissions paid or payable to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
